Kerkko Vanhanen works as Programme Director for Smart City development in Forum Virium Helsinki, an innovation company owned by the City of Helsinki. He has been leading the smart city development also in the Smart Kalasatama district. Before this, Kerkko has worked as CEO for Traficon Ltd – A traffic planning and consulting company – and for Helsinki Region Transport (public transport authority) as the Head of Information Systems Group leading all development projects around digital passenger information and open data.

Kerkko’s special competence is in smart mobility and digital service design around mobility. He has strong interests also in smart energy solutions and circular economy services as well as generally in any innovation that makes urban life easier and causes less negative impacts on nature. Kerkko has M.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Aalto University, former Helsinki University of Technology) and he has also studied minor in the department of architecture about urban planning.

Eemil Rauma

Eemil is a passionate electric mobility business developer and advocate with a special interest in combining Electrification-as-a-Service with the circular economy of mobility. He is part of the Virta team which is the fastest-growing electric vehicle charging platform in Europe and is operating in over 30 countries. Eemil holds the position of head of government relations and partnerships. Previously he has successfully coordinated a large cooperation program around the circular economy of mobility (which no one had ever heard of before 2021) at ITS Finland and before that led the mobility services team at Korkia consulting.

Tuukka works as a Senior Advisor in Finnish Energy, representing electricity, gas and heat companies of Finland. He is the chairman of the [Finnish electricity standardization organization] SESKO’s committee "Electrical road vehicles and charging systems". He is also a member of the board of e-Mobility Finland. He got his first electric car in April of 2017 and has been an EV driver ever since.

Dr. Jacob Dibble

Dr. Jacob Dibble is a mathematician by training, Jacob later transitioned into the field of Urban Design and Planning. Through his research and professional practice, Jacob grew to specialize in quantitative methodologies of assessing urban form and urban mobility patterns. He is a practitioner of Space Syntax and has founded the field of Urban Morphometrics.

After applying his analytical approach to understanding how urban spaces are formed and consequently how people move through them, in a variety of academic, public, and private projects, he later transitioned into micro-mobility at TIER Mobility where he leads a team of up to 350 managers, mechanics, and operations associates across four countries. Jacob's academic background and research, data-based approach affords him a unique perspective on the micro-mobility industry and MaaS in an emerging, fast-paced, and competitive environment.

Tuomas Sauliala

Tuomas joined the Sensible 4 as the Technical Marketing Manager in 2020. Sensible 4 develops a SAE Level 4 automated driving software, able to operate in all weather conditions. Tuomas has done his studies at Helsinki University of Technology, in the Electrical Engineering Department. The school is nowadays known as Aalto University. Tuomas has been interested in software, electric power trains, electric mobility and car automation for years, so joining Sensible 4 was a natural move after working with the technical marketing of a software consultancy and as a founding member of a digital agency. In his free time Tuomas writes a car blog in Finnish at autovouhotus.fi/oikosulku and also enjoys cooking and cycling with his family.
